PHOTOGRAPHY AS A NFE TOOL

Over the course of 9 days, young people explored photography as a tool for storytelling, diversity promotion, and social awareness.
Through workshops, outdoor shooting sessions, and collaborative projects, participants learned how to use visual media to challenge perceptions of identity and reality, and to express personal and social narratives. The program culminated in a public photo exhibition in Coimbra, where the young artists shared their perspectives and creative outcomes with the local community.
This project aimed to raise awareness on diversity, develop visual literacy skills, and empower young people to be changemakers through the lens of a camera, all while building friendships and cultural bridges.
The project was funded and certified by the ErasmusPlus programme, from European Commission.
